Single Square Dancers U.S.A.
Single Square Dancers U.S.A. (SSDUSA) is a national organization of single square dance clubs and single square dancers. The objectives of SSDUSA include
- To promote and stimulate square dancing among unmarried adults of all ages by assisting any group who wishes to start a new single square dance club.
- Publishing a newsletter four times a year called the INTERCOM, which is mailed to all members.
- Publishing the YELLOWROCK a directory of singles square and round dance clubs throughout the U.S.A. and Canada.
Promoting and overseeing the DANCE-A-RAMA, a national singles festival held each year over Labor Day Weekend and hosted by a member club in a dfferent city throughout the U.S, is also a prime objective of SSDUSA.
